The context we started from.
The region's only Day Hospital in Marau (RS), with a modern facility, its own surgical center and 15 medical specialties — but without a digital presence to match. Patients had no clear channel to explore the specialties, check accepted health plans, book an appointment or access their exam results.
What we built.
We built the hospital's institutional digital presence: a modern site showcasing the Day Hospital's structure — reception, surgical center, sterilization and recovery — its 15 specialties and the 14+ accepted health plans. We integrated direct scheduling via WhatsApp, the exam results portal and an ombudsman channel, plus the connection to the Centro de Diagnóstico for exams in the same space.
What changed in the operation.
The hospital now has a digital channel worthy of its positioning — conveying cutting-edge technology, strict protocols and humanized care. The patient journey got shorter: from discovering the specialty and health plan to booking and accessing results, all in one place.
